The proposed agreement continues that trend, with annual 5% General Wage Increases that would have exceeded inflation in all but one of the last 25 years.

"PG&E wages are falling behind other utilities."

FACT:

The proposed agreement keeps PG&E Physical coworkers among the highest-paid utility workers in the nation.

Under the proposed Table Agreement, PG&E Physical coworkers would earn among the strongest total compensation packages, including wages and benefits, in the utility industry.

MYTH:

"There's no immediate value in the agreement."

FACT:

The General Wage Increase would apply retroactively to January 2026, including overtime earnings.

Eligible coworkers would receive the full value of negotiated wage increases for the contract period covered by the agreement.

"Healthcare costs are increasing without anything in return."

Medical contributions would remain among the lowest of California's major investor-owned utilities.
